Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am looking for a qualified yoga instructor to conduct classes at my home in Dehradun City, Dehradun. I'm a female student above 50 years old and I'm not sure about the Preferred Yoga Style. The purpose of these yoga classes is for General Fitness, Remedy for Body pains, Improve immunity, Weight loss, Stress Relief, and to achieve Increased energy.
