To build confidence in physical fitness and overall well-being, I am searching for a dedicated yoga instructor for my daughter. She falls in the 5 to 13 years age group and is eager to start learning Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga to improve her general fitness. We are based in Selaqui, Dehradun, and I am flexible regarding the mode of training. I am comfortable with classes at my home, traveling to a studio, or opting for online classes depending on your preference. My plan is to start these sessions within a month, so I would appreciate connecting with an experienced trainer who enjoys working with children.
