As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am eager to start sessions immediately to work on my General Fitness. Although I am not yet sure about the specific Yoga Style to pursue, I am looking for a knowledgeable instructor who can guide me through the basics and help me progress. I am based in Dehradun City and am flexible with the venue, as I am willing to travel or host the session at my home.
