Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to incorporate yoga into my routine for general fitness. I'm a female student in the 22-50 year old age group, based in Dehradun City, Dehradun. I'm open to having classes at my home, and I am willing to travel, but I'm also very interested in online classes. I am not sure about the preferred yoga style, so guidance would be appreciated.
