I am looking for a qualified and patient yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home in Badripur, Dehradun. We are a group of two students, one male and one female, both above 50 years old, looking to start a regular wellness routine. Our primary focus is on general fitness, finding a remedy for body pains, stress relief, and improving immunity. Although I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, I am open to suggestions from a professional who understands the needs of seniors. I am currently just exploring options and want to find the right guide before we start classes.
