Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my 2 to 5 year old daughter is a top priority. I am currently seeking an experienced instructor for online classes to guide her through various practices including Yoga Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, and Bikram Yoga. We aim to focus on several goals such as general fitness, stress relief, remedy for body pains, and weight loss, while also exploring Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra studies. Improving immunity, increasing energy levels, and building better flexibility are equally important for her development. Since we are based in Dehradun City, Dehradun, I am looking to start these sessions immediately. Please reach out if you have experience working with this young age group.
