Developing a strong foundation in martial arts is my current priority as I explore the unique styles of Traditional Kung Fu, specifically the Nan Quan style, alongside Capoeira. My goal is to begin these self defence classes within the next month through online classes for flexibility. I am based in Lahwar, Darbhanga, but I find that virtual sessions offer the best opportunity for me to learn these specific disciplines from qualified instructors. Whether it is mastering the techniques of Nan Quan or the rhythmic movements of Capoeira, I am eager to dedicate time to this training.
