My primary focus is to learn Raja Yoga, and since I am between 22 and 50 years old, I need someone who can curate sessions tailored to my physical requirements. A key aspect of this training is that I wish to be a certified yoga instructor, so I am looking for a mentor who can guide me through the certification process as well.
