I am looking for an experienced music teacher to provide formal training in guitar for my son who is between 10 yrs to 15 yrs old. My goal is to receive structured lessons that lead to a formal certification for a particular music grade level. I am specifically interested in learning the classical genre with a focus on Indian classical music styles. Since I currently do not own an instrument, I would appreciate guidance on selecting a guitar before we begin.
