Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my children is a priority for me. I am currently seeking an instructor to conduct Pregnancy or Prenatal Yoga sessions for a group of students aged 5 to 13 years old. Although the focus is on prenatal styles, the primary goal for these boys is to achieve increased energy through guided practice. These sessions must be conducted via online classes to accommodate our schedule in Ripon St Rajabagicha, Cuttack. It is essential that the chosen instructor can provide a certification of completion upon finishing the course. We plan to start these yoga classes immediately.
