I'm looking for a yoga instructor to come to my home in the A D Market, Cuttack Sadar area. I am a female in the above 50 years age group and want to start yoga classes immediately. My goals include finding a remedy for body pains, achieving general fitness, relieving stress, improving my immunity, and increasing my energy.
