To enhance my overall physical well-being, I am searching for a dedicated yoga instructor to guide me through sessions focused on general fitness. Since I am in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am looking for a trainer who can design routines that are both effective and sustainable for a female learner. My preferred mode of learning is through online classes, and I plan to start my yoga practice within a month. Although I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am open to suggestions that will help improve my health.
