Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness is a priority for my young daughter aged 2 to 5 years old. Currently residing in Vellakinar, Coimbatore, I am seeking a dedicated yoga instructor to guide her through sessions that emphasize improved immunity, stress relief, increased energy, and better flexibility. Beyond the physical aspects, I am also interested in incorporating elements of yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies in a way that is accessible for a toddler. I am very flexible regarding the mode of instruction and am happy to host sessions at my home, travel to a nearby center, or utilize online classes to get started immediately.
