I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to help me practice Kriya Yoga at home in Vedapatti Coimbatore. As a female student above 50 years of age, my primary goal for these sessions is achieving increased energy and improving my overall well-being. I am eager to start these classes immediately and I am also willing to travel if that is more convenient for the right trainer. I would prefer someone who has specific expertise in Kriya Yoga and understands the requirements of students in my age group.
