I am looking for a professional and patient yoga trainer to help my child improve her general fitness through regular yoga sessions. My daughter is between 2 and 5 years old and I am eager to help her build a healthy foundation. I am open to various yoga styles since we are not sure which would be best for her age group yet. In terms of location, I am flexible as I am happy to arrange classes at my home, travel to a nearby studio, or participate in online classes depending on what works best. I am based in Alagesan Road Saibaba Colony Coimbatore and I am ready to start immediately.
