As a male student in the 14 to 21 years old age group, I want to start my journey towards a healthier lifestyle immediately. Since I am currently unsure about the specific yoga style that would suit me best, I am looking for a trainer who can guide me and suggest a routine that works for my needs. I am based in Peelamedu, Coimbatore and I am comfortable with sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to reach your studio or location.
