Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my daughter aged 5 to 13 years is a priority right now. I am searching for an experienced Iyengar Yoga instructor who can help her achieve better flexibility through guided practice. We are located in Peelamedu Coimbatore and would prefer sessions at our home, though I am also willing to travel to the trainer if required.
