Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am looking for a yoga instructor in Vadapalani, Chennai. I am interested in home sessions but am also willing to travel. My aim is to improve general fitness and find a remedy for body pains through yoga. I'm not sure about the preferred yoga style, so guidance would be appreciated.
