Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a Yoga instructor in Tiruvottiyur, Chennai. I am flexible with the location, I can do home yoga or travel to the instructor's place. My purpose for starting yoga is multifaceted – I want to improve immunity, find a remedy for body pains, support weight loss, and gain better flexibility. I'm also interested in Yoga Philosophy/Yoga Sutra Studies, increased energy levels, general fitness, and stress relief. I'm a male between 22-50 years old. I plan to start yoga classes immediately.
