Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm keen to find a yoga instructor in Manapakkam, Chennai. I'm a female student in the 22-50 years old age group and need someone to guide me. I am open to different locations (My Home, I am willing to travel, online classes). I'm not sure about the Preferred Yoga Style.
