With changing academic requirements, it is important to maintain physical fitness through Yoga. I am seeking a Yoga instructor in Washermanpet, Chennai for my mother who is above 50 years old. She is interested in Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Bikram Yoga, and Kriya Yoga for general fitness, to remedy body pains, and for weight loss.
