To enhance my overall learning experience, I'm looking for a patient and experienced yoga instructor in Kovilambakkam, Chennai. I'm a female above 50 years old and keen to start yoga classes immediately at my home, but I am willing to travel. My goals are stress relief, better flexibility, general fitness, a remedy for body pains, to improve immunity, and to gain increased energy.
