Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to start Yoga classes at my home in Kattupakkam, Chennai as immediately as possible. I am also willing to travel. My primary goal is general fitness and finding a remedy for body pains. I'm interested in Kundalini Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. The classes would be for a male student in the 22-50 years old age group.
