Developing a strong foundation in physical health and wellness is my top priority for my young son. He is in the 5 to 13 years old age group and I am currently seeking a dedicated trainer to focus on his general fitness and increased energy levels. Since we are based in Medavakkam Chennai, I am open to both home tuition at my residence and online classes depending on your availability. We would like to start this fitness journey immediately to help him build healthy habits early.
