Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline for my son, aged 5 to 13 years old, is a current priority for our family. We are based in K K Nagar Chennai and are looking for a dedicated instructor to provide General Fitness sessions. Since we are not sure about a specific Yoga Style yet, we would appreciate a professional who can guide a young male student through age-appropriate routines. We prefer classes at our home and are also willing to travel for the right mentor.
