As a female student between 14 and 21 years old, I am eager to start yoga classes immediately for the purpose of general fitness. Since I am not yet sure about a specific yoga style, I am looking for an instructor who can guide me through the basics and help me progress. I prefer these sessions to be conducted at my home in Royapuram, Chennai, to fit into my daily schedule.
