As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am searching for a dedicated instructor to guide me through General Fitness routines. While I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, I am looking for a professional who can help me explore the best practices for my fitness goals. I reside in Choolaimedu, Chennai, and I am flexible with the arrangements as I am happy to either have the instructor visit my home or travel to a nearby studio.
