Yoga Classes Needed in Neelankarai Chennai - Immediate Start

About the Job

I'm looking for a yoga instructor in Neelankarai, Chennai to help me with my fitness goals. I am above 50 years old and female. I'm interested in yoga for general fitness, to help with body pains and for weight loss. The preferred location for the classes is my home. I am not sure of a preferred yoga style, so I'm open to suggestions. I plan to start yoga classes immediately.
