Developing a strong foundation in physical health and fitness is my priority for my daughter who falls in the 5 to 13 years age group. We are currently based in Adyar Chennai and are interested in starting yoga sessions immediately to help her achieve better flexibility. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am open to suggestions from an experienced instructor who can guide a young learner. I am comfortable with classes held at my home or I am willing to travel for the right tutor. Finding a patient teacher who understands how to work with children is essential for us.
