Balancing my daily responsibilities and my son's needs, I am looking for a Yoga instructor in Kizhakottayur, Chennai. He is a Male child between 5-13 years old. I'm interested in Yoga Classes for him with the purpose of General Fitness, Improve immunity, remedy for body pains, stress relief and Weight loss. I am not sure about the Yoga Style to pick.
