My primary goal is to find a trainer who can help with general fitness, increased energy, stress relief, and improving immunity. I am also looking for someone who can provide remedies for body pains and assist with weight loss through yoga. Since I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, I would appreciate a professional who can suggest a suitable routine. I am comfortable with classes held at my home or I am willing to travel to your location in Agraharam Korattur, Chennai. I plan to start yoga classes within a month.
