I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to conduct sessions for my daughter who falls in the 5-13 years old age group. Our primary goal is to practice Bikram Yoga to improve immunity, build general fitness, and boost overall energy levels. Regarding the logistics, I am flexible with the location as I am willing to travel to your studio or you can conduct the sessions at my home in Sembakkam, Chennai. I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month and would appreciate a trainer who understands how to work with young students effectively.
