I am looking for an experienced and dedicated Ashtanga Yoga instructor to help me achieve my wellness goals. As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, I am seeking a practitioner who can provide professional guidance for general fitness, stress relief, and better flexibility. My primary objectives also include finding a remedy for body pains, improving my immunity, and achieving increased energy levels. I am currently based in Neelankarai, Chennai and I am willing to travel to your studio or have you visit my home, as I am open to either arrangement. I am highly motivated and plan to start my yoga classes immediately.
