I am a male between the ages of 22 and 50 seeking an experienced practitioner to guide me in Power Yoga. My main goal is to improve my general fitness levels and gain better flexibility through consistent practice. Since I am based in Kotturpuram, Chennai, I would prefer to have sessions conducted at my home for convenience.
