I'm looking for a great dance instructor to teach me Popping Dance classes online. I want to learn dance as a hobby, and I'm below 10 years old. I need someone who can do Online (video chat via skype, google hangout etc) lessons. My budget is Rs. 1000 - Rs. 3000 per month, and I plan to start within a month.
