My son is eager to start this practice immediately for general fitness, weight loss, and effective stress relief. Since we are located in Kolapakkam, Chennai, I am looking for a professional who can conduct sessions at my home or someone I can travel to for classes. Having a dedicated instructor who specializes in working with children will help him build flexibility and confidence.
