Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline is my priority for my daughter who falls in the 5 to 13 years age group. I am searching for a dedicated yoga instructor to conduct sessions focused on general fitness for her in Sector 49, Chandigarh. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am open to expert recommendations that suit this age group.
