I am looking for an experienced and knowledgeable yoga instructor to help me dive deep into the study of Yoga Philosophy and the Yoga Sutras. As a student above 50 years of age, I am particularly interested in learning Iyengar Yoga and Kriya Yoga to enhance my practice. I am located in Sector 39-C Chandigarh and am open to various arrangements including sessions at my home, traveling to a studio, or joining online classes. I am hoping to begin these sessions immediately to deepen my understanding of the ancient texts.
