I am looking for a dedicated and patient yoga instructor to conduct online classes for my son who is in the 5 to 13 years old age group. Since we are located in Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh, I prefer online sessions to help him get started immediately. My goal is to find a teacher who can guide him through various aspects of yoga including stress relief, remedy for body pains, and general fitness. It is also important that these sessions help him improve immunity, achieve increased energy levels, and support weight loss. Although I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am open to your professional recommendations suitable for a young student.
