Online Pencil Shading Classes for Teens in Chandigarh

I'm looking for someone to teach me pencil shading online. I am in Sector 44, Chandigarh and I'm 14-21 years old. I'm hoping to start Drawing Classes within a month and would like to take them Online (video chat via skype, google hangout etc). I need help specifically with Pencil Shading.
