My primary objective is to focus on weight loss while working toward becoming a certified yoga instructor. I am a male student in the 22 to 50 years old age group and prefer online classes to accommodate my schedule. Given my current location in Mangla Shubham Vihar, Bilaspur, virtual sessions would be the most effective way for me to learn.
