As a female student above 50 years of age, I am seeking a practitioner who can help me with weight loss, general fitness, stress relief, and increasing energy levels. Additionally, I need guidance to improve my immunity, enhance body flexibility, and find remedies for body pains. I am willing to travel for sessions or host them at my home and would like to start my training immediately.
