Developing a strong foundation in wellness is a priority for my son aged between 5 and 13 years old. I am seeking an experienced instructor to teach Patanjali Yoga in the KIIT Bhubaneswar area. We are looking for comprehensive guidance that covers yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies alongside practical sessions to improve immunity, increase energy levels, enhance flexibility, and provide effective stress relief for him. I am open to arranging sessions at my home, traveling to your location, or conducting online classes depending on your availability.
