Developing a strong foundation in physical fitness through rhythm and movement is my primary goal for my child who falls in the 10 yrs to 15 yrs age group. Currently residing near Habib Ganj Alkapuri, Bhopal, I find that online classes offer the best flexibility for our busy schedule. I am planning to start Zumba Dance classes within a month and would appreciate finding an instructor who has experience working with young learners to keep them motivated and energetic.
