Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm keen to find a yoga instructor for classes at my home in Habib Ganj Alkapuri, Bhopal. I am a female in the above 50 years age group. My purpose for taking yoga classes is for general fitness and Yoga Philosophy/Yoga Sutra Studies. I'm not sure about the preferred yoga style. I plan to start yoga classes immediately.
