As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am focused on improving my general fitness, stress relief, better flexibility, and weight loss. I am not entirely sure about the specific yoga style to pursue, so I would appreciate an expert who can guide me based on my health needs. I am based in Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal and I am comfortable with classes held at my home or I am willing to travel for the right training environment.
