Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my son is a top priority. He is in the 5 to 13 years old age group and experiences some recurring body pains that we hope to address through yoga. We are specifically interested in Patanjali Yoga to help him find relief and improve his posture. We prefer to conduct these sessions through online classes to ensure he can learn from the comfort of our home in Chuna Bhatti Janki Nagar, Bhopal. It is important to us that the instructor provides a certification of completion at the end of the course. We are ready to begin these sessions immediately to help him build better habits.
