Developing a strong foundation in physical health and fitness is my priority for my 2 to 5 years-old male child. I am keen to find an online tutor to help him learn Ashtanga Yoga from scratch to support his weight loss goals. Since we are based in Tulasinagar Colony, Bhagalpur, online classes are the most convenient mode for us to begin this journey. It is important that the instructor can provide a certification of completion upon finishing the program. We plan to start these sessions immediately to maintain a consistent routine for his development.
