Developing a strong foundation in Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra studies is my main goal for my 2 to 5 years old female child. Since we are based in Bhadravathi Hutha Colony, Bhadravathi, we prefer online classes to facilitate the learning process effectively. Although we are not sure about the specific style of yoga yet, the focus remains on understanding philosophical concepts suitable for her age group. We plan to start these yoga classes immediately to ensure consistent progress.
