Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking for a structured training program that specifically helps me become a certified yoga instructor. I am based in Nehian Wala, Bathinda and prefer online classes to accommodate my schedule. Because I plan to start yoga classes immediately, I need an experienced mentor who can guide me through the certification process and focus on the technical aspects of Power Yoga.
